Refund policy

All sales final

Because fragrance is a personal care product, all sales of Sweet Release are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, or you received the wrong edition, email us at hello@filmon.design within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
